Craftsmanship Warranty

We want you to love your Artisan Gate and feel confident you’ve purchased a quality crafted product. When our gates are installed and maintained according to the directions we provide, we guarantee our work for two years from the date of sale. If for some reason your gate does have a defect in workmanship, we’ll decide if it’s best to repair or replace the gate.   

If you add accessories or parts that are not from Artisan Gates, we can’t warranty those parts; however, if we incorporate manufactured parts from another party and they also provide a warranty, we’ll pass it on to you.  

While we do not warranty the paint or powder coat finish on the gate, we will send touch-up paint when we ship your gate.   

 

Returns & Refunds

Each gate is crafted when you place your order, so we can't offer refunds or returns if you decide you don’t want the gate or if you ordered incorrectly.  

 

Shipping

Your Artisan Gate will arrive secured in a custom crate. Though we’ll take every precaution, we can’t guarantee it won’t be damaged in shipping.  It’s important that before you sign the delivery receipt you open the crate and thoroughly inspect your gate for damage. If you find damage it must be noted on the delivery receipt when you sign. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with a damage claim against the carrier if the damage has not been documented at delivery.
